Donna Smiley, Managing Director
Donna is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Serenic Software (Serenic Navigator for NFPs, NGOs and Government organizations) and Serenic Canada (Human Capital Management for Dynamics NAV) businesses. She has 20 years of experience providing software solutions to NFP/NGO and Government organizations, which was built on 10 years of accounting and financial management experience earlier in her career. Donna's background includes many of the roles within a software company, from Accounting, to Support and Professional Services to Product Management and Development, all of which gives her a holistic perspective on the best way to serve our Customers, Partners, Shareholders, and Employees. organization.
Peter Dalton CMA, Controller
Peter is responsible for the management and oversight of the accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, IT systems, treasury, and financial accounting functions within Serenic. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and prior to Serenic, he held a number of senior financial positions with public companies in Edmonton. Peter also serves on the board of directors for a local charity organization.
Chris Stevenson, Director, Sales & Marketing
Chris is responsible for the company's marketing initiatives as well as all direct and channel sales functions. He is a 31-year veteran of the accounting software industry having previously served in various sales management capacities with Platinum Software (now Epicor) and American Fundware (now Blackbaud). Chris has been with Serenic since the company's initial release of its award-winning Serenic Navigator software for not-for-profits and governments.
Tony Peccolo, Director, HCM
Tony is responsible for the company's HCM business. He is a 30-year technology sales veteran of diverse hardware and software industries. He previously served in various sales leadership roles with Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies (an HP spin-off) and more recently with EMS Software (a global enterprise software entity). Tony is committed to working with the channel and their customers to continually strengthen relationships to help partners build their business.
Dave Abel, Director, Client Services
Dave's responsibilities include managing the professional consulting services and custom development teams supporting both our Customers and our Partners. He has over 17 years of experience performing and managing accounting software implementations, including 12 years with Serenic. Dave is committed to ensuring that every customer enjoys the highest level of service and satisfaction and that projects are implemented with the same integrity that Serenic Software’s customer base exhibits while achieving their missions.
Rhonda Shuptrine, Director, Customer Care & Product Development
Rhonda is responsible for the teams handling our product development, user documentation and education, as well as technical support. She has 20 years of experience in developing, supporting, and implementing software solutions for NFP/NGO/Government organizations as well as training their end users. Rhonda is a customer-centric individual and is always looking for ways to improve the end user's experience with our solutions and our teams.
