Through a subscription license to any Serenic Navigator Accounting Solution, you’ll implement a robust financial accounting solution and pay only a low monthly or quarterly fee. Subscription licensing features:

  • Named user licensing
  • Standard User
  • Extended User (available to Enterprise customers) includes:
    • BudgetVision enhancements
    • Deposits and Loans
    • Investments
  • Customer cannot mix Standard and Extended
  • Total Care Plan (for direct customers)
    • Included in subscription fee
    • Unlimited support
    • Access to basic upgrades
    • Access to software updates

The minimum term for a subscription (other than Express) is one year, and product-specific, integrated Serenic Solutions are optional.

One-Time Perpetual License

  • Serenic Navigator Essentials
  • Serenic Navigator Enterprise

Serenic now offers the one-time Perpetual Purchase Licensing Option, in response to Microsoft’s new pricing model for Dynamics NAV 2013. It features:

  • Concurrent user licensing
  • Starter Pack (required), with:
    1. 3 Full users*
  • Total Care Plan (for direct customers)
    1. Percentage of published list price (PLP) billed annually
    2. Unlimited support
    3. Access to basic upgrades
    4. Access to software updates

There is no term commitment, as the customer owns its license. Product-specific, integrated Serenic Solutions are optional.

* Full and Limited User Information

Both Subscription and One-Time Perpetual Purchase customers have the option to purchase additional full or limited concurrent users.

Full Users have full read and write capabilities to all of the licensed solution functionality through any of the modes of access (Web Client, Windows Client, or SharePoint Client). Access for individual users can be limited at the field or table level.

Limited Users have full read capabilities to all of the licensed solution functionality through any of the modes of access (Web Client, Windows Client, or SharePoint Client). They have limited write access. Contact us for more information.
